JC specialises in capital market sectors and niche resource solutions. He has been actively advising clients with significant portfolio acquisitions and has been involved in commercial property acquisition and sales, portfolio management and debt sourcing in Ireland, the UK and across Europe for over 20 years.
Originally with O’Connor Murphy Gubbins, an agency who grew to be the largest single property consultants in the mid-west region, he formed a strategic alliance with Hamilton Osborne King in 2001. HOK were later bought out by Savills. While in London in 2011, JC began his association with Westlin Management Ltd, a London-based property development management and asset advisory service. With Westlin he developed relationships with London based and International clients who invested heavily in Irish property.
Over recent years JC has firmly cemented Murphy Gubbins as the ‘go to’ boutique property advisory and investment firm in the mid-west expanding his client network to the Middle East and China.
He graduated from UCD with a BA in Economics and is a member of the RICS and the SCSI.
