We have undertaken strategic portfolio and individual commercial valuation work for all the major financial institutions and have particular expertise in this field. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide detailed reports on both single assets and portfolios of property, often within tight timescales. We use complex discounted cashflow techniques, together with traditional valuation methods.
